 The latest technical innovation from IRSP is a high density rigid EcoTech foam injection filling that is CFC free and ODP zero, and just as importantly has a low Global Warming Potential value of 3. This highly efficient foam insulation material is being incorporated into various products from IRSPs range of roller shutters to make them even more impressive.
 The thermal conductivity or heat transfer through convection is insignificant, due to the high density, closed cell nature of the EcoTech foam insulation. This is one of it's most important properties, making it a very effective foam insulation solution. The benefits of high quality thermal foam insulation are wide ranging and extremely valuable. Improved energy efficiency has a very positive effect on the environment in terms of fewer green house gas emissions, whilst also providing the consumer with reduced energy bills.
The EcoTech foam insulation is self bonded to the metal during the injection process giving the completed panel a remarkable mechanical
strength, combining a significant increase in rigidity and improving it's structural integrity.
